FāyDer Privacy policy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

This policy explains what information the FāyDer mobile app collects, why, who can see it, and how you can get it deleted. FāyDer is operated by Han Lee ("we", "us"). If anything here is unclear, email support@fayder.net and we'll answer in plain terms.

FāyDer is not a sportsbook. The app is a place to post bets you have already placed elsewhere and to see what other people are betting. We do not accept wagers, hold or transfer money, process payments, or pay out winnings. We do not ask for or store any banking, card, or sportsbook account credentials.

1. Information you give us

Account information

Content you post

Please don't upload a bet slip screenshot that shows your account number, balance, or any other personal detail you don't want visible. Crop it first. Anything you post can be seen by other users according to the visibility rules in section 3.

2. Information collected automatically

When you use the app, our service providers record basic technical information:

We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, your photo library beyond the specific images you choose to upload, or your device advertising identifier. We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking, and we do not run third-party ad networks in the app.

3. What other people can see

FāyDer is a social app, so some of what you enter is meant to be seen by others. You must be signed in to see anything in FāyDer — there is no public or anonymous browsing. Within the app:

Changing a setting to private going forward does not un-ring the bell for anything another user already saw, screenshotted, or copied.

4. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

5. Companies that process data for us

We use a small number of outside services to actually run the app. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a threat to someone's safety.

6. Where your data is stored

Data is stored on Google Cloud servers in the United States. If you use FāyDer from outside the United States, you are sending your information to servers in the United States.

7. Keeping it and deleting it

We keep your account information and posts for as long as your account is open.

You can delete your account from inside the app — open the navigation drawer, tap Account, then Delete Account — or by emailing support@fayder.net from the address on your account. Full instructions are on the delete your account page.

Deleting your account removes your login, your profile, your posted bets, the images you uploaded with them, and your follower and following connections. Some records of activity on other people's posts — such as a comment you left or a vote you cast — may remain attached to those posts; email us and we'll remove those too. Encrypted backups roll off on their own within 90 days. We may keep a minimal record longer where the law requires it.

8. Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is restricted by security rules so that a signed-in user can only read and write what they are allowed to. Stored data is encrypted at rest by Google. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you don't reuse anywhere else.

9. FāyDer is for adults

FāyDer is intended only for people 18 years or older (or the legal age for sports wagering where you live, if that is higher). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we'll remove it.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To use any of them, email support@fayder.net. We will not charge you and we aim to reply within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we'll also tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
